Technical Description of Bollard LED Light

• Solar panel wattage 10w , output voltage 12v DC
• Solar charge controller 12v/ 6A with D2D ( Dusk to Dawn) operation.
• LED light output 4w / 440 lumen.
• Colour temperature available in cool white/neutral white/warm white                                  ( 6500k/4000k/3000k)
• LifePO4 batteries are used. 12.8v / 12Ahr
• Over voltage charge protection is provided at 14.8 v DC.
• Low voltage battery cutoff protection is provided at 11v DC.
• External charge port is provided when the product will be transported one place to another place or any service purpose.
• On/off switch is also provided.

0 to 10v, 10mA DC voltage control unit for High Bay Dimmable led light

                                             

Technical Specifications:

Input voltage     : 230 AC , 50 Hz , single phase

Output voltage  : 0 to 10v DC , 10mA

We can adjust the output voltage by potentiometer.This control unit is manafactured by P.Sureshbabu. This control unit contains of step down transformer, AC to DC bridge rectifier , capacitor for ac riffle filter , LM317 for output voltage regulation, on/off switch, potentiometer for voltage variation and socket for dc output . Approximately the cost will be 1,500.00 INR ( 20 USD). This control unit is used for High Bay Led light with dimming option led drivers. This type of High Bay Led Light contains dimmable led driver. Dimmable led driver is need to trigger by some external voltage between 0v dc to 10 v dc, 10 mA. In this place we can use this control unit for control purpose. Suppose The High Bay Led Light will be switched ON it is illuminate 100% of light ( Full ON). 

Meanwhile we can adjust the High Bay Led Light intensity by above said control unit. we are giving the 

0 v = High Bay Led Light fully in OFF position

1v  = High Bay Led Light illuminate 10% of light

2v  = High Bay Led Light illuminate 20% of light

3v =  High Bay Led Light illuminate 30% of light

4v = High Bay Led Light illuminate 40% of light

5v = High Bay Led Light illuminate 50% of light

6v = High Bay Led Light illuminate 60% of light

7v = High Bay Led Light illuminate 70% of light

8v = High Bay Led Light illuminate 80% of light

9v = High Bay Led Light illuminate 90% of light

10v=High Bay Led Light illuminate 100% of light , I mean led light is fully ON position.

We can varies the High Bay Led Light intensity by external control unit. At big industries in winter session we can use 70% to 100% light output of High Bay Led Light. In summer session we can use 40% to 60% light output of High Bay Led Light. So we can save the power ,save the money and also save the Earth for future generation.
